Ananta PC requirements: minimum and recommended specs

There are no official final PC requirements for Ananta yet. The Steam page confirms Windows 10/11 64-bit but still shows "TBD" for the processor and the graphics card^[1]. The figures circulating online (GTX 1060 minimum, RTX 3080 recommended) come from press reports and should be treated as provisional^[2][3][4].

What does Steam say about Ananta's PC requirements?

As of September 24, 2026, the official Steam page lists^[1]:

• Processor: TBD
• Graphics: TBD

That is all NetEase has put on its store page. Steam also lists Windows as the only PC operating system, and partial controller support including DualShock and DualSense pads^[1]. For the full platform picture, see our platforms guide.

What are the minimum and recommended specs reported by the press?

Several outlets published the same two configurations, shown around Tokyo Game Show 2025 and attributed to TapTap and NetEase^[2][3][4]. They have not been confirmed on an official NetEase page:

Read these numbers with care. They date from 2025, more than a year before launch, and the gap between the two columns is wide (40 GB against 100 GB of storage, for example). The final requirements could differ.

Can my PC run Ananta?

Nobody can answer that for sure until NetEase publishes the final list. Our specs tool now compares the two reported tiers, GTX 1060 6GB and RTX 3080, with DLSS support, storage (40 to 100 GB reported) and mobile requirements, so we do not repeat that table here.

If your PC sits well below the reported minimum, the PS5 and mobile versions are the alternatives confirmed for January 15, 2027 (see the release date).

Does Ananta support DLSS and ray tracing?

Yes, this part is official. On August 27, 2026, NetEase announced that Ananta will support NVIDIA DLSS 4.5, including Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, an upgrade from the DLSS 4 announced earlier. The same announcement mentions ray tracing^[5].

The announcement does not list which graphics cards get each DLSS feature. NetEase has not detailed which effects rely on ray tracing either, or whether AMD or Intel upscalers will be offered, so we will not guess.

What about mobile requirements?

No official list of supported phones has been published^[6][4]. The App Store listing now requires iOS 15.0 or later^[6], up from the iOS 12.0 shown in September. The Google Play listing is open for pre-registration but shows no Android minimum^[7]. Details are in the specs tool.

When will the official requirements be published?

NetEase has not given a date. We will update this article as soon as the Steam page replaces "TBD" with real hardware, and we will say clearly which figures are then official.
