Where to download Ananta on PC: Steam, NetEase launcher, Epic and Steam Deck

Ananta is free on PC, and as of November 4, 2026 there is one official store page: Steam^[1]. The press reports a second route through NetEase's own launcher^[3][4], the Epic Games Store has nothing, and Valve has not tested the Steam Deck^[5][6]. Each store below has its status, its date and its link.

Ananta PC stores at a glance

Steam: the official PC page

The Steam page is published by NetEase Games, developed by Naked Rain Studio, and lists the game as free to play^[1]. You can already add it to your wishlist; there is no pre-download or pre-load announced. The release date shown is January 15, 2027^[1].

What the page lists on November 4, 2026^[1]:

• Windows 10/11 64-bit only; no macOS or Linux version.
• 16 text languages, including French, German, Spanish (Spain and Latin America) and Portuguese (Portugal). Brazilian Portuguese is not listed. Voices: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean. Details in our languages page.
• Single-player, Online Co-op, MMO and Cross-Platform Multiplayer; partial controller support with DualShock and DualSense; Family Sharing.
• Processor and graphics card still TBD.

Is there a NetEase launcher for Ananta?

PC Gamer writes that you can play "via Steam, or its own separate launcher", and Automaton lists "PC (official launcher, Steam)"^[3][4]. That matches how NetEase usually publishes its PC games.

On November 4, 2026, however, the official website does not offer a launcher download: its store buttons point to Steam, PlayStation, the App Store and Google Play only^[2]. Until a link appears on anantagame.com, any "Ananta launcher" file found elsewhere is not official. We will add the link here when NetEase publishes it.

Is Ananta on the Epic Games Store?

No. A search for "ananta" on the Epic Games Store returns no result on November 4, 2026^[5]. NetEase has not announced an Epic version, and the press only names Steam and the official launcher for PC^[3][4]. Pages claiming an Epic release date have no source.

Can you play Ananta on Steam Deck?

Valve rates Ananta's Steam Deck compatibility as Unknown: the game has not been tested^[6]. That is normal before release, and it is not "Unsupported".

Our estimate, not a test: Steam lists Windows only, so the Deck would run it through Valve's compatibility layer^[1]. The press reports a GTX 1060 minimum (unofficial)^[8], while the Deck's integrated GPU is rated at 1.6 TFLOPS by Valve^[7], which is below that desktop card. Expect low settings at best, and no guarantee that the anti-cheat accepts the Deck. Full specs are in our PC and mobile requirements tool.

NetEase account and platform linking

NetEase has not published how accounts will work between Steam, the launcher, PS5 and mobile^[2]. Steam lists Cross-Platform Multiplayer^[1], but cross-save is not confirmed. If you play on several devices, wait for the official word before investing heavily on one. Our platforms and cross-play guide tracks it.
