The short version

  • Aileen manages a maid cafe and fights with martial arts, according to PC Gamer[1].
  • Her former official bio named the cafe Dream Garden and described her as an "angel" to customers who turns dangerous when crossed[3].
  • She does not appear among the six playable characters of the current official website: her place in the launch roster is not confirmed[5].

Aileen is one of the sixteen Ananta characters revealed so far by trailers, social media posts and the official website[1]. She opens the list of eight names marked unconfirmed in our list of all Ananta characters. She is also one of the few characters tied to a confirmed city activity, the maid cafe. Here is what was shown, where the information comes from, and what is still open.

Who is Aileen in Ananta?

PC Gamer describes Aileen as a maid cafe manager who uses some sort of martial arts in combat[1]. The community wiki quotes her former official introduction: "Manager at Dream Garden, the ultimate maid with an eye for detail. With her gentle touch and impeccable service, customers see her as an 'angel.' But cross her, and she'll unleash her martial prowess to take down any foe."[3] Her official line was "Perpetual growth is vital; as a maid, I acknowledge there's ample room for refinement."[3]

These texts come from the old version of the official website and from social media posts relayed by the wiki[3]. No current official page repeats them. The wiki adds that Dream Garden works as a neutral meeting place for several factions of Nova City[3], an interpretation taken from a fan breakdown rather than from NetEase.

Where was Aileen shown?

Pocket Tactics points to a short glimpse of Aileen at about the 36-second mark of an official trailer: she is playing mahjong with a robot and two other characters, until the robot flips the table[2]. It is one of the few moving images of her published by NetEase. The wiki also mentions promotional art showing her at the gym and playing beach volleyball with other characters[3]; we have not been able to check those images against an official post.

The scene fits the activities NetEase has confirmed for the city: mahjong and maid cafes are both in the list of things to do between missions. See our page on city activities for the full list.

What fighting style does Aileen use?

Martial arts, according to PC Gamer[1] and to her former official introduction[3]. No gameplay clip has shown her moves yet. The wiki describes a long blonde braid, a black and white maid uniform with reinforced pieces and a serving tray that may be part of her kit[3]; the tray as a weapon is a fan hypothesis, not an official detail. The shared systems (melee, guard and dodge, objects from the street, character switching) apply to the whole roster[1]: see our combat guide.

Is Aileen playable in Ananta?

Not confirmed. The official website currently lists six playable characters: the Captain, Shi Ye, Taffy, Richie, Wei Yinglong and Seymour[5]. We checked the site again on October 21, 2026: Aileen is not mentioned. Unlike Alan, Bansy, Mechanika and Ringo, Pocket Tactics does not say that her profile was removed on September 23, 2025[2], so we do not give her a removal date. The Ananta wiki still files her under playable characters[4][3], but that classification relies on older material and is not an official announcement. Until NetEase lists her again, she stays unconfirmed in our character list tool.

Which characters is Aileen linked to?

No official text links Aileen to a specific character. The mahjong scene puts her at the same table as other members of the cast, without naming them[2]. She shares a status with Mechanika, the engineer who brings machines to life: both had a full bio on the old official website and both are missing from the current one[3][5]. Her cafe, if it stays in the game, would sit in Nova City, the main city where the Captain and the ACD task force operate[5].

What is not yet confirmed about Aileen?

  • Whether Aileen will be playable at launch on January 15, 2027[5].
  • Her move set, and whether the tray is part of it.
  • Whether Dream Garden exists as a place you can visit in Nova City.
  • Any official Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, German or Portuguese name on the current site: none is published.

We will update this page as soon as NetEase publishes a new character card or trailer featuring Aileen. Back to the series: Mechanika.

Updates

  • Page created after checking the official website (six playable characters listed, Aileen absent), Pocket Tactics, PC Gamer and the Ananta wiki.
